Updating this project.
Routing of the pressure and return lines are under the pan right on top of the Granny's cross member , drilled 2 holes and attached 2 clamps on it.
This is the relay I bought to activate the pump and I've installed a 40 amp fuse between the relay and the battery.
I'm not sure about the size of the fuse I should use to protect the pump but I will update the thread when I will know.
Soldered connections and shrinked .
I'm not using ( yet ) the Toyota electronic module to control the pump ( VSS , etc. ) , I'm triggering the pump with the fog light switch (I don't have fogs and the switch is there doing nothing) so on long HWY trips , I'll be able to shut the pump off or stuck in trafic etc.
No test drive yet since we are in Feb. and my car won't go out before April 1st if weather permited.
New updates later springs 2012 .

Very happy how this project turned out.
I've been driving the car for 2 days and it is more then perfect.
Very nice to have a power steering and a fresh rebuilted
differential
.
The car feels very different .
I love it so far.
