WTB: V8 Swapped rx7
« on: November 02, 2011, 12:02:40 AM »
Hey guys. New to forum. Own a turbo GTO with decent power but I want more and after getting my A handed to me one time by a rx swapped car I decided to "join em" instead of blow a bunch of money.

Am looking to buy (preferably) a LS RX-7 swapped car. Good clean condition. Budget is 16k and under.
I live in NC. distance not too big of a deal unless u live in CA.
thanks.

Good choice to make, a LS2 FD is a blast.  However, depending on how good and clean you want the car I don't know how many LS2 FDs you are going to find under $16k, if any.

I don't think I would part with mine for under $21-22k.  And I think even that is low, but I could just use the money.  :(

I don't think I've ever seen a LS2 FD go for less than $20k. Possibly a FC. Your only shot is finding someone super desperate and hard up for cash. Good luck though. I hope you find one.

Or go ls1, and swap over later to a ls2/3/7 or mod the ls1 to be just as fast.

Good luck my friend.

This is a fast car that still has some "project" left in it.  Give you something to drive and keep working on too.
