I finally am replacing the old T5 I have been running forever. I have a TKX to replace it. It fits in the car almost the same as the T5 and I am able to use the same bellhousing, quicktime 6037, just needing to change the clutch discs and slip yoke on the trans. The rest fits right up.
The T5 I have been running has a steel front bearing retainer, steel cluster support, Astro Road Race 5th gear, Pro 5.0 shifter and 5speeds.com peel shims. It weighs 77 lbs with no fluid. The TKX out of the box with the stock shifter weighs 97 lbs. So hopefully it is a worth while upgrade.
