93 Rx7 Roller

Im selling a silver 1993 2 door Mazda Rx7 5 speed shell (CLEAR TITLE),with no tranny or engine it has 100K on the chassis,driver side saftey airbags,black interior except the carpet,body kit, and gab shocks. It was a project I never got to finish.......You have to see this car...........510-926-2269 Glenn

Non OP(operating) is the title situation in Cali. It should have no affect on anyone from another state buying the car.

Has nothing to do with title, it's just a guarantee that it won't be on the roads but keeps the car 'legal' in the sense that Cali knows it's in your garage etc.

Too many rules in my fascist state.
