Is that a JTR radiator setup?  If so, why are you replacing it?

Removing an intake that appeared to go into the passenger fender and replacing it with a short pipe that puts the filter in the bay is a step back performance wise.

The JTR radiator setup just uses a stock c4 vette radiator, and mine is leaking from the passenger endtank.

As for the intake I prefer a short ram with an induction box (not fabbed yet) over a cold air setup, especially since the previous design used a tiny filter that was completely filthy from being so close to the tire, especially for a road race car.

I'm pretty confident that my intake will make equal or more power while being more practical compared to the previous design.  Should be good for better flow especially with the much larger and better quality filter.

They were installed by the previous owner, but from what I remember he said they were cheap ebay shorties and they fit without modification.  I don't see anywhere around the tunnel that looks cut for them.

Did the rubber diff mounts make much difference ? Are they MazdaComp. I am about to change out the delrin ones too. The niose is way beyond acceptable.

Yeah they are the racing beat comp rubber bushings.  I would recommend them to anyone, they are nice and firm with minimal nvh.

Thanks man, I'm sort of going for a "rough" look with the car, with a little bit of military influence.  I even have a chrome grenade shift knob that I throw on sometimes  :yay:

Plenty of exposed rivets and digi-cam to come this week, and also some seats

Corksport fenders are wider, if you're tryin to get more clearance up front.  what size tires are those anyway?

I might look into those if I can't get these to stretch any more without destroying them, tires are 265/40 r888's all the way around.

These are coming.....and they're knockoffs lol

Oh also installed the oil pressure gauge and digicammed the din panel today, pretty sweet.

The sandwich adapter gives me the option to add  a temp sensor and cooler later too.
