Among some other materials I got for increasing chassis strength and rigidity, especially around the diff/rear area (DOM tubing, chromoly sheet etc), are these 1/4" thick steel gussets by Jester Fab. Three bucks each (which is expensive for gussets I guess lol), but they look cool:

Lol Ash, me too. I don't know if you have seen many home-built ultralights, or pics of them, but some of them are constructed in a scarily bad way haha.

Blake, lol. I think they're used in off road frames. They weigh 4oz each (a lot for a gusset).

New hardware for my steering hub: 6Al-4V M5 triple sqare w/ drilled heads (I will polish these), 15-5 PH washers:

i think you combined a 12 pt with a triple square (VW likes these).
I don't see 18 points, and they look like 90 deg corners, so i think it's just a triple square.
