I got a bi-metal blade for the bandsaw, it's too much fun. Never attempted anything like this before. I still need to de-burr it and have it tig'd. 3.5" titanium downturn tailpipe.

Make the pie cuts 15 degrees or less and it won't look so angular.

Duly noted! I'm just doing it freehand FWIW, I don't know how to set it up for precise angles, but I suppose I could learn to eye it out to 15*.
I might do it over one more time with that in mind.

Dual 3" titanium, boso-style. dual 3" have about 50% more square area than single 3.5". I think this car should use a turbo (or two (or four)) as a muffler.

They're just indicators, not switches. Could you use some?
