haha, kind of puny without the turbo.  This weekend starts my 2 week holiday vacation and I might just be able to get the S475 installed.  Will not be finished by any stretch of the imagination, but might get it going without IC and 4-6psi boost.  That is my goal anyway.  Then I can move on to the multitude of stages to bring the car up to support big boy horsepower lick Zac and Nick.  I know Blake doesn't make any horsepower because his car is torn apart   :poke:

Update pics.  Some of this is mock up. I installed the 34327 radiator up front and remounted my PG cooler.  I kept the taurus fan with this new radiator and the new location.  I replaced the plastic heater hose tee with a metal one.   ::)  Installed hood pins.   I threw together a quick junk bracket so I could get started on the hotside fab.  Everything is clearing good with the hood.

Whats left:
WG install
fab intake pipe with dual DSM BOVs (why, because I have them and don't want to spend another $200 right now)
fab short side exit 4" exhaust pipe.
Weld in drain fitting to timing cover
Make braided feed line

Here is how it goes so far:

Here is the last pic I took before the turbo install started, shows old radiator placement

Here is new radiator placement

AN -12 pushloc disassembled to be welded into the timing cover for oil drain

Drivers side hot pipe allowing clearance for power steering connections

Symmetry went out the door in favor of placement for everything, exhaust, WG, intake piping, room for stainless heat shield

Looks good so far.    :)    If I were designing mine all over I would have left space for the low mount alternator on the driver's side and a dry sump pump on the passenger side.

For now I am going to keep my alternator placed high on the passenger side.  I will place the power steering pump high on the driver side.  Low on both sides has nothing in the plan right now.  The biggest problem I have with this arrangement is that I cannot route a street friendly exhaust like you guys did out the passenger side of the engine.  I'm looking at my options.

Can't you put the alternator low on the driver side?   Then you could do stock location power steering and run the exhaust like Zac and I have it.

Are you putting a blanket on the turbo to keep the heat off your intake pipe?

Oh... and more pics of your "parts runner"  :D

I was making a nice stainless heat shield, but will probably end up with a blanket at some point.

I am down to welding the drain return into the timing cover.  I am going to touch base with the welder tomorrow and see when he can do the job.

I got the WG installed, just vented out under the car for now.  Need to pick up a few fittings so I can locate my oil pressure sender and indicator light sender near the oil filter housing where my feed line originates.  I also need to order the balancer bolt and seal.  Getting there.

Tig welder should be in today, made an adapter extension cord for out of an old scrap 10 awg cord.  Plug into my 50amp receptacle and convert to 30 amp for new welder.

Did some work on locating my drain fitting.

Was going to use this:

But changed to using this instead as it is more compact and fits well with the stock balancer:

Too tall with threads:

Cut them off:

Drilled hole in driver side lower corner of timing cover:

Mock up same spacing of balancer on the bench:

Clearance with 3/4 hose:
