That house is a dump. Maybe $130K here in Southeast WI if he cleaned it up and repaired items.

It may be a dump but you guys have to remember that property is crazy expensive here for some reason. The house I am currently living in is a little 1500sf one car garage on about .5 an acre fixer upper that I bought after the crash as a investment house to fix up and live in untill the market come back a little. And it was still well over 200k.

Google his ass.  Apperantly the Supra in the FS pics got painted then the motor went BOOM cuz he's selling it as a roller on 6speedonline.  Chick posing with the car looked like she knows the difference between good crank and bad crank too.  Tried selling alcohol online without a license as well.
