Yea the eboost2 read 19.4 lbs peak boost, made it real hard to catch traction. I'm not controlling boost whatsoever right now, not sure what is up with it. I ordered a new solenoid the other day though so hopefully that will fix it.

I'll get you some pics later today king, gotta put the interior back together then its time for some more logging.

Here ya go king.

Battled a bunch of stupid cooling issues today but think I have it covered now. It started with my fan blowing 30A mini fuses constantly, mess with it today to find that the fuse holder Pez used was hardly connected to either wire. Replaced that with an inline piece from oreilly's that uses a full size fuse and that seems to have fixed it. We'll see though.

Thanks btw to whoever stickied this!

Lmao! It's been 5... Bought the car off my best friend when the apex seals blew back in 2010. Honestly can't believe I've been working on this thing for almost 5 years now. Everything is good to go now though, just needs an inspection and some work on the tune for start up. Its still a total pita to start sometimes which makes me not want to drive it anywhere.

Thanks for the compliment king, but don't be mistaken by that beautiful Texas sun. My car looks like crap up close.

With the new single sticker law in Texas, all you need to do is peel off the old inspection sticker and your good to drive till May when your registration is due.  :)

You think that will work? I didn't know that was already in affect.

That is what a DPS trooper told me to do.  He said that after March 1st, they no longer look for inspection stickers on cars.  If it has a valid registration, it's good.  You just have to get it inspected sometime within 90 days of the registration expiring in order to get the registration renewed.

Well that's good to know! Went ahead and scraped the old one off earlier today.

Also swapped out the wastegate spring to a much beefier one and boost still isn't being controlled at all. Eboost2 read 27.6lbs peak boost this time. I didn't even know this little tc78 was even capable of making that much boost. On the bright side though I didn't over heat at all on the little cruise I just took and the mailman just dropped off my new solenoid. If the rain holds off tomorrow I'll throw it in and give it a try.

I honestly have no idea man. Timing has been very conservative at about 8 degrees while in boost, but the efi live estimated somewhere around 800rw at 37lbs absolute pressure and only 5600 rpm. Not sure what that means but theye is no way I am making that much power. As long as I can trap around 150 on stock shit I'll be happy.

Need to wear out these old ass tires so I can justify replacing them. It's hard to hook on tires that are around 8 years old.
