Car looks absolutely fantastic. Really, really like those wheels. So what happened at the alignment shop?

No Drama at all. It just took a long time. First a little ride height adjustment on the front, then we thought some bolts were in the wrong places, but turned out they were ok. The car being so low took extra time also. 3 hours of the brake lights being on drained the battery. boosted it off with an optima and some battery cables.

I took videos yesterday, but couldn't get the computer to recognize the camera. Ended up having a friend just convert the videos over.
Hopefully I can find some time to edit them and get them on youtube.

I am going to work on it some tonight and hopefully get the fusebox mounted and front bumper on.
Looks like the rear main is leaking......ugh..... :(
I also will have to roll the front lips on the fenders.

Oh yeah everything works but the speedo and the tach. Dunno what the deal is there.
I hope I didn't fry anything with the ground I was using for the auto meter gauges.

Check your oil pressure sender to make sure it's not leaking.. I thought my rear main was leaking too... but it was the sender-block adapter connection, the liquid thread sealant disintegrated  >:(

Ok I will check, but it is coming out from inside the bellhousing, not around it. I wish it would be that easy. It wasn't leaking when I drove the car before I purchased the engine. DRAT!
Thanks for the tip.

Worked on the car last night. Got the fuse box mounted, wires secured and front bumper on.
Ran the car for about 45 minutes. Fans never came on. I will look into that tonight.
Drove it down the road about a mile, then back. Running good even with the other computer.
I am worried about the heater hose next to the headers. I am going to wrap that hose and try to move it away with something.
Tach still doesn't work as well as the speedo. REALLY hope they aren't damaged from the grounds.
Snapped a pic with the cell phone before closing down shop.

Fans work. I had to move a ground.
Wrapped the heater hose and moved it a little.
Some condensation coming out of the exhaust. Either that or I have a blown head gasket.
I was going to drive it to work today, but the water was scaring me, so I will see tomorrow.
Still have some things in the interior to put together. After that it will be finished.

A little bit of water out of the tailpipe(s) is normal.   :)

If you're worried about it, smell it.   It should have no coolant smell.

That junk was dripping out of the lowest Vband clamp.
No coolant smell though.

Did you watch a temp gauge? That could have blown your head gasket.

Temp never got above 210.

Drove the car about 150 miles yesterday. It was GREAT to get this thing out.
The Vband clamp drags everywhere. I will have to get an elbow and move the Vband up the pipe more. I am afraid it will get ripped off.
Showed it off a little. While showing it to a friend, I had the hood closed and another guy came up to see it. He said "nice FD" as I popped the hood he said "stock port" I said "yeah stock port" as I lifted the hood. He was shocked. LOL
It is raining today or I would get some outside pictures. Tomorrow if it turns out nice.
Cruise control works, haven't looked into the speedo or tach problem yet.

This thing squats and goes! Can't wait to get the right computer in it and get a tune. I am cleaning my garage up right now. ABOUT TIME!
Thanks everyone for the help and advice. Hopefully PEZ can get to my A/C lines and I can get that part hooked up and have a great summer.

Congrats man... another one lives :) Great feeling to be driving it ain't it!  :drive: Any more pics of it out and about or in motion (i know you said it's raining)? Any vids?

-How did you get the shock tower brace to fit? Looks like a stock one?

-How did you handle the hood clearance problem/front bumper gap? Did you put some spacers and use longer bolts under the intake shroud?

-How do you like the civic throttle cable?

-What intake do you have (stock ls1?)? NM.. just re-read earlier you have an ls6 intake.

Yes it is a great feeling.
Stock tower brace. I trimmed it a little in front. It fits just fine.

I placed a couple of nuts under the samberg top plate like one of the other guys did. Seemed to work just fine.
Civic throttle cable works perfectly. I even was able to use the bracket that came on the cable for the extension. It holds it up at a different angle and I get full throttle pefectly.

Working on the videos that I took last week. I should have them up shortly.
