You can edit your own for sale threads. So you can delete all the posts you don't want, and change the title.

Wow, so this went from being a FS thread to a go race ur car thread? 1st id like to start by saying i was asked by a member to post my car here I dont care what you people have to say or think. I never said i ran 9sec i said the car was capable and with race gas it is, i just built the car its fresh i want to sell it like that ready to roll turn key, not beat to piss. The white supra next to in some pics went 9.90 on the same turbo on a completely stock motor/cams with 150k miles. my car makes alot more power, trust me its capable AS IS.

Yes the Weld wheels were just mocked up in the picture so the future owner could see what they looked like. You guys can it here and bash the thread all you want but ive only run my car on the street, not the track thats not my thing.

For people saying 548.18wheel isnt enuf for 9s...well ur right. It makes around 800wheel on c16 and that is enuf to run 9s. No i didnt tune it on c16 again because im not trying to beat up the car im selling, but i did make 548.18 and an old setup on this car made 936whp but why talk about any of this when 548 is a GREAT pump gas number, capable of deep 10s.

Im just trying to sell the car Im not here to boast about it, if u dont like it stay out of the thread or delete it i could care less, but obviously the maturity level on this forum isnt very high if the mods are changing my thread title.

The maturity level on this board is perfectly fine.   We joke around, and if you come in with an initial thread like this, expect to get hazed.    If you can't tolerate that without getting bent out of shape, you're on the wrong board.

Don't want to catch flak?   Don't make unsubstantiated claims.   There is a lot more to running 9s than xxx HP (which you also haven't backed up).   Car should run?   Great.   Last time I was at the track my car should have run high 10s.  It went 12.8 @ 126 mph.   Chill out, or go play elsewhere.

9 second time slip or ban.  1/8 mile doesn't count.
hey  some of us cant get to a 1/4 track.   :drive:
nice car though, but not for that price

a 548hp Supra will run deep 10s?  Maybe on a different planet where the laws of physics are altered.  See the post above this one and watch the video where it took one with TWICE that power to run a low 10.

I'm the immature mod who retitled your thread.  I took it upon myself to be the bullshit police on this one.  The only way you're getting a 9 second timeslip is if one falls out of a super gas car in the lanes... And the only way your car will actually cover 1320 feet in 9 seconds would be via a vertical freefall.

Don't get all butt hurt if you make a bunch of unsubstantiated claims about your car and people start calling bullshit.  This forum isn't a bunch of riceboys who don't know any better... This forum is a bunch of guys who know enough to have swapped a completely different engine into their cars in the interest of improved performance.  You posted a car with a tag that reads "UFAILV8" on a V8 swap forum in which most members' cars would absolutely hand you your ass.  Speculative bullshit doesn't fly here.  Look, here's more: "It makes around 800wheel on c16 and that is enuf to run 9s. No i didnt tune it on c16 again because im not trying to beat up the car im selling blabity bla BS BS BS"  So which is it: did it make 800whp on race fuel, or did it not get tuned on race fuel?  You just managed to contradict yourself in a single sentence.  What someone elses car does with seemingly similar parts DOES NOT MATTER.  It is what ther car that you are advertising for sale HAS done that matters.

I'm sure you can sell your car pretty easily without lying about it, maybe try that approach.

PS, I will make the terms of my previous bet a little more lucrative... I will pay you $100 cash if you can make a 10 second pass in this car.  No conditions.  Put any tires you want on it and turn up the boost to your heart's content.  Take video... We'll be waiting.

unless you own a turbo ls9 rx7 you do not know what the fuck you are talking about.

LOL.    This reminds me of my "discussion" on the old forum about Walbros.    :D

I'd like to introduce you to Tracy, the bus driver.  He'll be taking you to school today.    :punch:
