What size aftermarket steering wheel -FC
« on: December 16, 2024, 02:20:28 PM »
So I have an FC. I have an NRG hub and quick release. I know the stock steering wheel is 15”/380mm. I am curious from people that have an aftermarket setup what diameter wheel as to not cover any of the dash display.  I am thinking I need to stick with the 380mm range and can’t handle dropping down to 350mm but curious to hear from those that have an aftermarket wheel. Likely going with a sparco 383mm/39mm offset wheel.

350mm fits well and you have full visibility of the stock gauges. I've had a 330mm on my car before, and the added leg room is nice, but you can't see the top of the gauges.

Power steering or not matters too.   I had a little wheel on 255s and a manual rack and it wasn’t super fun.

Power steering equipped. Looks like I’ll go with a 350mm wheel.
