Can anyone identify my nuts???
« on: September 19, 2024, 12:26:40 AM »
I wanted new lug nuts for my new-to-me trailer, and after looking through all the Chinese crap on Amazon and eBay, I decided to go with a known brand, Gorilla.

I ordered a set from an eBay vendor with good reviews, but I'd like to know for sure that these aren't counterfeits.

Do all Gorilla nuts have Gorilla printed on them?  These are simply marked 1/2" and nothing else.
They do look like good quality nuts.  The threads are smooth and fit nicely on the studs, but I don't want to take chances with my new aluminum trailer, and all the cool stuff inside.

Anyone on here who can confirm if these are real Gorilla nuts?

Gorilla has a site. I'd check there. They have a ton of different designs most aren't aware of. I bought the gorilla key with 1/2 impact socket built in. No socket needed.

Thanks,
I did look at their site, and these do look authentic according to their pics.
Apparently some of their nuts are stamped with the Gorilla logo, and some are not.  I wish they'd stamp them all to avoid any confusion.
