Fc ls Holley Terminator x mounting location

I have my 88 Fc torn apart and getting ready to drop the ls6 in with the Ronin kit and will be running a Holley Terminator x. I also have the dash out to replace the one that was falling apart and started looking for a suitable place to come through the firewall with the wiring and looking for a place to mount the ecu. Has anyone found a location they are happy with and allow access to the connections and diagnostic lights?

I got the LRB Speed ECU Mounting panel and put it in the passenger floor board where the factory ECU was.

I've always put ECUs in FCs in the stock location.  Won't help with lights though.

I don’t think the lights are something I need to be able to see all the time so I could just go with the stock location.
