I had 1-3/4" JTRs from 2005 on my car originally since that when the car was swapped. I recently put on a new set of JTR 1-3/4" because the old one had a few leaks at some of the welds. JTR must have updated the design a little as the new ones have better clearance under the car and in the engine bay. I had to redo my exhaust for it to line up with the new set of JTRs.

Definitely a tradeoff there with primary length. I wouldn't be surprised to see a decent amount of torque loss in the midrange. Paul - is the rest of your engine combo the same minus the headers? Would love to see a before/after of the Sikky vs any of the other longtubes on the market.
New exhaust was complete last season, new tune was done yesterday, I’ll post up the graph later today, and hopefully I can find the old one. Went to a different dyno, but same tuner. Right now without overlaying the charts, I gained torque 10ftlbs and lost 10 peak hp. But it’s not a true fair comparison, as the weather conditions yesterday was 30 degrees, and 65% humidity vs the old dyno was about 20 degrees and very little humidity. Also this time I removed the cats, helped reduce heat a lot.
I do like that fitment quite a lot.

If I had to guess, the dip at 3300 is the short runner length. Still looks good though.
Edit: I would have rev'd it out to 7. Looks like the HP is still carrying a bit. -

Makes sense.

I think the mid length, or shorty headers did better then expected

Thanks for posting this, I would say I agree. I am looking at possibly using Sikky for my 8HP swap and I dont think my LTs will fit next to the trans oil pan. I like how the sikky move the collectors up where I do have room. I think I am going to be about 1/2" short. I will try heating and bending my JTRs and massaging the tunnel but if it annoys me too much I will go with Sikky. I appreciate the dyno and figured it would have lost more then that and swapped (lost TQ and gained HP) so very interesting.
