KSV ships quick too, I really like them.
Exhaust work!
A little dark, but the 4" exhaust from the turbo back to the muffler is in place. It goes OVER the axle which was a real SOB, there's less then 3/8" clearance anywhere in that area, but it actually sits dead center in that clearance, so I'm happy with it. I had to notch the panhard bar to chassis reinforcement brace, but so far that's the only modification. I reused the factory exhaust mount locations (albeit with new hangers) at the muffler and added my own to the transmission/torque arm mount. The main section under the floorboard is oval tube which was leftover from the old build.

At the rear, there's a Borla 4" race muffler which then comes out to dual 3" tips. The path for the passenger side tip is going to be somewhat torturous, but the owner wanted to keep these tips, so it is what it is. It'll flow fine. The passenger tip isn't tube'd up yet in these photos (bluetooth exhaust!), but will be soon.
Tips in place (man these are dark... sorry):

Muffler in place (it's missing one mount in these photos so it's ever so slightly off level):

And the routing to the driver side tip (I'm actually pretty pleased with how this came out):

The piping to the passenger tip will basically "t" in between the muffler outlet 90* bend and the 4" - 3" reducer with another 3" pipe and will run between the muffler and the heat shield over to the passenger side. Each tip is on a 3" v band to allow it to be aligned "just so" and the muffler is on one as well to (a) make it easy to install/remove and (b) allow the entire assembly with both tips to be leveled/angled properly.
This setup ought to flow more than enough for 1000+ RWHP and hopefully sound pretty good.
