Update 9.27.21
Hope everyone is doing well. fall weather has started her is VA which is best season for this state in my opinion. lol

Couple photos from Cars&Cigars last weekend. A lot of older people were not happy the car has an LS in it.  ::)

Also since the FD is in a good place now, I have started on my Turbo Jeep SRT8 Project. ;)
Jeep is black and FMIC pipes and turbo housing, were coated in Nardo Gray!

Jeep sounds interesting!

And that’s surprising;  I never had any negative response at any show, other than maybe 1-2 rotary guys (as in, rotary tattoos and stuff).

Ill post more jeep photos as I make more progress, here is a parts break down video if anyone is interested.

There was a lot of love for the LS, just a couple comments how the car would be way cooler if it had the rotary still..

Nice shots from the meet, really dig that last one posted at speed. Awesome!

Funny to hear that people get salty about it being swapped, so of they are the same folks doing their "ultimate" build on their FD/FC which has been living on jack stands for a decade. Hah. You're out there having the fun they wish they were having and using the car as intended. The OEM+ look is just so nice too on your build, so sneaky!

Yes, chargespeed.
he had shine but the fitment was terrible and quality was not worth the price.

Oh really? I thought Shine were supposed to be good.

So I was under the same impression, until I saw the stuff he bought. Basically their full FD widebody catalog. Over fenders with extra layer backing wasn't bad but took a ton of body work to get straight and flow with body lines. Still needs more work.

His front fender were bad. Fitment, alignment, the fender bolt tab was not flat it was bent almost 30 degrees up. list goes on. Now you can just assume it was a bad finish or bad mold batch. The real issue comes when he shared his fender pictures and work he tried to do to fix it in a FB group, one of the shine workers started a comment battle with him. So he decided to buy Chargespeed fenders, and honestly the fitment is way batter. The car I'm talking about is in the rotary FD video above.

Good to know. I never understand why companies fight and argue with customers instead of sorting any issues out. Never does them any good.

I agree, never ends well when you want to be combative.
