A lot of guys seem to do well with kyb singles and stock shocks.

I opted for the 3rd gen f-body front coil over conversion, there is a write-up on it here somewhere. Not sure if I got the shock to hot or what but there was a lot left to be desired. With QA1 single adjustables set to full loose I don't notice any "floating," while cruising and the nose doesn't come up nearly as fast as I would like it to on the street. Does fine at the track tho.

It's something that is on the list to revisit at some point.

A buddy of mine does pretty well with tein coil overs. Hooks on just about any surface with a 383 sbc, th400 and a mickey thompson 275/17 radial.
