Brake and fuel line brackets FD

Does anyone know if a cheaper solution than these? $75 for 3

I need the two brake lines since I'm running an S2K ABS that is 4 channel.

Geez, that's crazy for simple clamps.

You can get nice rubber padded steel ADEL clamps that work great, just not quite so pretty.

For brake lines, I just plumbed my race car with Cupronickel lines.  They look nice, won't corrode, and are very easy to bend and flare.

Those are gtg prices. Much like the Supra premium I'm sure.
I used that type of line when I originally pulled the FD abs. Pretty easy stuff to work with.

Off topic but how hard was it to get that abs working?

Not hard really. It's all self contained and has no fancy yaw or anything of the like. The worst part was making new lines and rerunning the abs signal from the driver rear to passenger front.

The early 2000's (year not car, they are mostly all Bosch 5.3 units) are the best abs units you can get without having to mess with external input or CANBUS. The s2000 seemed like the best option for size and layout so the programming wouldn't be an issue.

The only issue so far is being able to change brake bias. Since front right and rear left are tied together I've not decided how to implement bias  assessment. I may just run two of the Wilwood units. I've on each rear wheel. Not ideal obviously as getting them even would be difficult.

If you used the level-adjust bias valves, you could mount them side-by-side and make one handle that adjusts both. That way you don't end up having to count turns to make sure each side is the same.

I was initially concerned about using a prop valve after the abs but the stock s2000 uses a 2ch prop valve located near the driver's motor mount on it's way to the back.

The lever design looks like it would be much easier to implement but they don't look to have too much resolution. Maybe 5-8 settings.

Here's the chart for the Tilton valve. 7 positions and pretty linear.

100psi per should get you pretty close. Just go to the next setting that doesn't lock up the rear before the front.
