Is there any advantage to putting this on the oil and coolant feed lines going to a turbo?

The idea being to make sure the turbo is getting cooling fluids?

I'm not sure I understand. The coolant and Oil lines are pressurized and that pretty handidly dictates the direction of flow of these liquids. I would not put anything in line that may fail and cost you your turbo

Turbo is hotter than anything feeding it.  No need for check valves.

They are GT3076R turbos. Just trying to ensure they always getting "lube" lol

I put a check valve in mine but it's a rear mount and when I would shut the motor off the 10' or so of oil line would tend to siphon into the turbo and cause it to fill with oil.  The low pressure check valve is enough to break the siphon effect.
