venom- ya the lack of interior and what was given with the car was kinda trash had me and my wife throw some stuff together to make it look a lil nicer and fun to look at. Any pics of your old setup with the green argyle that sounds dope!  I had teal argyle pieces on my NB miata when I had that car. The shifter was for my buddies 71 Elcamino with a bored out big block but his new shifter wont work with it, causes interference so I put it on my car lol.

this is the only photo I could find of the Argyle.  I really liked it.  If I ever need to do the headliner or anything in my beater excursion I will go this route again.

Not a lot has been done. I am still trying to find a T56 for a fair price in the local bay area.... not much luck with that.

Put the head studs in.

Got a killer deal on a intercooler. The core maybe a little small. but for the price I couldnt say no. The pipes alone are worth more then what i paid. So I may replace the core but it should work for now. [attachimg=4][attachimg=5][attachimg=6]

I am debating in my head what I wanna do about the oil pan... As I want to start to take this out to drift events, thought I have a lot to learn still. I am not sure if I should get Improved Racing EGM-200 Trap Door Oil Pan Baffle for GM LS Engines  insert and add it to the pan or if I should get a different oil pan all together... anyone have and advice on oil pans for 5.3 that are good in drift events and dont slosh to much. starving my engine of oil would suck lol.

My buddy with an LS S13 has the improved baffle in an LS1 pan.  He overfills by a quart and is fine.
