This is a very clean Turbo II Rolling Chassis that is ready for LS swap or engine and transmission of your choice. Here are some of the highlights:
1. Zero rust body, completely stripped and painted in 2015
2. Full roll cage
3. Subframe connectors and driveshaft safety loop
4. Ford Cobra 8.8 IRS rear with 3.27 gears and heavy duty axles
5. Custom Aluminum dash with full set of Autometer gauges
6. Custom wiring including 2 battery cut-offs, start, ignition, fan, fuel pump, etc.
7.Adjustable coil over suspension with Koni shocks
8. Front adjustable camber plates
9. Manual steering rack
10. Spare wheels, brakes, and other misc parts

Optional LS swap kit with headers: $1000

Best I can tell, cage is also SCCA and NASA legal.  Good luck with the sale.

Whats needed to make it minimally street legal at this point? Besides an engine and trans etc of course

It probably depends on the State you are in, but most likely the big thing to make it street legal would be re-install wiring for the lights, horn, and windshield wiper motor. I think New York requires a heater/defroster. I do have an electric heater box that can be put back in it for that. Also seat belts.
