Of course it is possible, many people on here have fit a 275 with stock frame rails.

Depending on real width you may have to roll the fenders, but yeah, will fit.

x275 does not allow 4 link...... Ask me how I know  :'( , but they do allow ladder bar. and a 275 pro radial will fit with almost no room for error. Deff need to roll the fender also. The wheel specs I run, wont work for you since I have a narrowed 4 link but you get the idea.

What was your overall length on your narrowed 8.8?

I thought I have some photos of the rear of the car on my new phone. I was wrong. I will take some tomorrow. I used a wooden block and rolled the inner lip. Off the top of my head I believe I went 1.75" off and I have 5.5 back spacing.

what length ladder bar did you use?? I'm probably going with 32". I gutted the back half today. tank and rear end was removed. I'm going to start removing the floor next. I'm going to leave unibody frame rail.

I have only been to a few no prep events and the car was able to hook pretty good at them. No time slips are handed out during them though.

I have them as well and I think they work very well. When I bought them they were the longest ladder bar I could find and had the most adjustment up front.

I have only turned a 1.55 60ft with them so far but that was with a dying clutch and a messed up diff.
