You have to drill the welds out and ideally weld the new one on (dont hold me to it I've never replaced one myself that assumption is just from some reading online).  I do not the accident was from the previous owner.  I bought the car drove it for a bit, came time to start the swap and found fun under the bumper.  previous owner repainted the car not to long before i bought it and for some reason they didn't fix the support.  when the car was together it looked normal other then a slight sag near the headlight like a lot of fd's get so I didn't think anything of it.   :'( that's what i get for snap buying something!  The Car was running and in excellent driving condition with a rotary before I took it apart.

I've been considering this car for a while but that core support worries me.  I don't have welding or chassis repair skills.  Thanks for answering my questions.  GLWS!

If you're interested in the entire nose clip yes,  everyone's just asking me for the bumper and i really dont want to separate it from the clip
