Hi all,
I've been sifting through droves of threads trying to find the optimal position for the shifter on a T-56 magnum. I've seen lots of people post lots of things, but never can tell where exactly the shifter pokes out of the hole once the car is back together. Please keep in mind my car has been apart so freaking long that looking at the shifter protruding from the square metal of the tunnel doesn't really tell me much without the trim around it. I have been planning to to buy the Sikky shifter, but now I see that they offer two options, a 4" and a 7" unit. For that kind of money, I want to order the right one, and my tranny is a while away from being in the car to measure myself. Your advice, knowledge, and commentary is much appreciated!
