I know the local speed shop I used to work with on some stuff used Atech, which is Summit's wholesale shop.   They were a little cheaper for the speed shops to allow them to basically match Summit's prices with the stuff on the shelf.

Atech is one of the of the apps im looking at.

Their buy in is not bad at $2500 but it pretty much is a few cents cheaper on some items than what Summit lists them on their site.

Summit does have a great price match policy that I have used a few times.

My buddy used to work at http://www.motovicity.com/

He uses another place that sells to summit, but I can't remember the name.

I think you just need to set up an account with them assuming you have a business.

I don't know that they require a buy-in or anything. There's a link on the website for requesting a new account. I'd give that a try. If you have issues, I can talk to my buddy.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused as to which company that is and where to find the link.

Is it on the website you posted on the previous comment?

Yah, go here: http://www.motovicity.com/AccountApplication.aspx

That's the "New Customers" tab on the link in the previous post.

Atech does a good job of price matching as people have said.  My buy in to McLeod was $10K.... that was a huge chunk of change to swallow; however you get a good discount.  I've found that if you contact companies directly you can pretty much get it cheaper than Summit/Atech pricing.

Turn 14 is a good place to setup an account with. Buy in is minimal, I think it is $1000. Have a good range of companies and products. They also have good margins on most products. I order most parts through them or Motorvicity.

Atech seems pretty good and you are correct going straight to the source gets you a better discount and the buy in price ranges from 2k and up.

Motovicity seems good, however I am waiting to see how good of a discount they provide.

I have not heard of Turn 14 I am going to look them up, thats not a bad buy in at all.

Motorvicity seems very attractive as well I'm waiting on a retunr email for a code from them to check out their prices.

Currently dealing with Motovicity, so far so good, they have real good pricing and they seem like real nice people.

The whole APP process was very quick as long as you have the correct paperwork that they require. :drive:
