Rick Prospero, went 8.28@180 today.  We might see a new #1 on the top 50 list this week.
Well, it used to be MOPAR powered...............

Been watching this fc for a few days now. Love the color and cleanliness of the car. Well thought out.

"its only 460 inches"

LOL   :)    The definition of street car is so out of whack these days, but that car is a load of bad ass for sure.

I'm guessing That the guy is a member on here and just doesn't post. His license plate says norotor.

But he might not be on here since he might not actually be an rx7 lover. Seemed like he just wanted a lighter and more aerodynamic car.

I'm thinking he just wanted a more aerodynamic chassis.  He's pretty well known for his old 60's Nova wagon, which I think this engine combo came out of.

Day 3, Union Grove.  8.20@174

Day 4, Cordova.  8.19@174

He's solidly in first place in his class so there's no reason to turn it up just yet.  I'm interested to see how he does tomorrow.  He'll probably shoot for another 8.20 or so to clinch the class win then turn it up for the glory pass.

Day 5.  8.32 @ 168.  I'm guessing something happened to slow the car down on the final day but congrats to him for winning the Modified Poweradder class of Drag Week 2015.

I think my friend Chris' twin turbo 5.3L (SBE) S10 won Street Race Small Block Power Adder.   8.60 average.  Kinda crazy for a stock bottom end 5.3L.

Yeah, it's a well dialed setup, and he's a SUPER smart dude.   He won the Hot Rod Head's Up Shootout, too.   Impressive stuff.
