This has been in military storage for about 3 1/2 years while I was stationed in various places. Never used / brand new.
Comes with everything you see in the pics (not the ARP studs) to include the expansion tank and all the hardware. I'll even throw the flag in that I didn't mean to take a pic of for free, it was flown over Iraq in 2006.
