I got challenged to squat 5 x 20 with 135lbs.  And as you might have guessed even squating a lightweight 135lbs 100 times sux lol

I am sure that was brutal.lol

See how much your feet move around, and how your heels come up a lot?   Try and watch that.  Lifting your bigtoe up in your shoes will help keep you planted on your heels.  Honestly man, I had to get rid of my Romaleos because they would throw me forward like that.  I originally had a pair of Adidas Powerlift 1's(http://www.roguefitness.com/adidaspowerlift2) and they were awesome, went to Romaleos and they would constantly throw me forward, sold them and went to an Adipower and no issues again.  And funny thing is my training partner sold me the Romaleos because they were doing the same for him. I just think certain people can't wear those things..heh  I would keep an eye on that.

Good stuff!
I'm currently on my 4th week of not attending the gym.  I feel weird but I just felt I needed a break and I'm going to take a different look at my training to try an eliminate the chance of injuries.   This all came about after pulling a rib out of place in my mid back.   I haven't really had the best of luck lately, but I also feel like I made my best gains strength, and size during the two injuries.
I'm sure it won't take long to get back to where I was.   I should start up again next week.

I've been on a bit of a downward slide since coming back from deployment, and I Tweaked my back a bit this week, so probably gonna take it easy on squat/deadlift for a while.  In April I hit 381 squat, 361 dead, 301 bench.   Gonna have to work my way back up to it slowly.

I've been mega strict on my diet for almost 2 months. I've stopped insanity because it was fucking up my knees. I still hobble a bit from time to time. Got me in damn good shape in only a month though.

Anyways, my goal is 10% body fat. I started counting calories at 17.5% and am down to 14ish right now. I'm measuring myself with pinch an inch calipers. I only have 5 pounds left to lose if I'm measuring myself right.

At my current weight I've lost 70 pounds total..

^70lbs....that's awesome, and takes a lot of self control.  Congrats :) Self control and your diet is everything IMO

I'm back at the gym again, trying to build back up.  I noticed I got really lean when I wasn't going to the gym, maybe I am over eating when I train which helps me grow and gain strength but doesn't allow me to stay as cut.  After all these years I'm still learning how my body works, and it helps me to figure out my diet better.

Keep up the good work guys!

Thanks guys :)  It's been about 5 years that I started working at correcting 20 years of getting fat.  I've gone in 3 stages with some breaks in between.  After going on a lot of business trips eating and drinking way too much I had packed on 10 pounds.  I started in January trying to eat better, then threw in some exercise, and now I'm really being serious about tracking calories trying to get down to my ideal weight.  I'm down 20 pounds since January with more muscle so that's pretty sweet.

Congrats on the weight loss!

I'm still plugging away. Dropped down to 200lb from 215 as I'm thinking about competing at 181 instead of 198. Here's some recent lifts.  Hoping to bench 420+ and dl 675+. I'm having some issues with my tfl so squat is really uncertain.

2x bw bench.
