Yeah keeping the shoulders back and abs tight works with everything, try it doing lateral raises and shoulder pressing, lat pulls ect...another thing that healed my shoulder when I was consistent was Hot/Cold compresses, I'd get that shoulder as hot as I could take in the shower, it would go numb. Then I'd have a ice pack shoulder wrap waiting for as soon as I step out of the shower I'd wrap it up. Even before this pic with my woman I thought, "shoulders back" haha
