dbol week 1-4, test 500mg 1-10, nolvadex and clomid for PCT (also hcg) and get some Airmidex or you can run a little hcg during full cycle incase of gyno.  I would do it again in a heartbeat to be honest but ONLY if i could find a rep source. When i ran it about 5-6 years back, i had blood tests once a week, and eat VERY VERY strict and cycled off taking blood tests and adjusting my pct for my test results. That is the ONLY way to do it. Anything other then that and you risk your body. Gained 25lbs and in the end held about 15. But iam bigger and stronger now natural.
this is identical to my first cycle and pretty much had the same results.

see .and that's what's funny, I can get test, winstrol, oxandrolone,  whatever, but PCT? It's like a unicorn where I'm from. not being able to secure PCT stopped me from doing it in the past when I would get the Itch
most any source for the gear should be able to get pct too, but i know its pretty much all available online now from other countries selling Rx drugs.

You guys are crazy!    I used to be a big workout guy, though my body doesn't take well to getting much muscle mass (at my best I as 6'2" and 190 lbs, benching ~300 and squatting ~450).    Never looked particularly huge at all though.

Now I'm old and fat.   Having kids + super stressful job has kinda killed my gym motivation.  :(
My job stresses me out that's why I lift lol, if I don't get the stress out I may start shaking my old lady, gotta keep the peace.

I'm at the gym 3 times a week, currently at 202lbs 6'0 tall..... Fairly lean, I don't do any max lifting to test my strength because @ 39 years old I just don't care to know.   I use 80lb dumbells for my regular chest routine, 90's when I feel strong that day.   75lb dumbells for shoulder press.   I like to do squats but can't lift heavy due to an old back injury.

Good over head presses at 75lbs!
I pull 455, bench 275, squat 315 for 1 or 2, being 6'4" all moves have a long travel. But these days I mostly train for the pump,  I find its just as intense.

75lbs is definately a legit overhead press.  I used to do a lot of dumbbell work but once I got up to 100lbs on the flat bench the thought of reaching muscle failure with that weight anywhere near my head started scaring the crap out of me lol

judo/jiujitsu/mma anyone? Not exactly a traditional "weights gym rat", but when a man with a body looking like this:

Was wrecking people twice as large as him, it makes me feel like only lifting weights misses a bit of something. I guess it all depends on your goals though.

there are times that you legit NEED to drop weights. If you are pushing yourself hard and you have no spotter sometimes you have to drop a weight. I was doing over head presses, 100lbs per arm, did 6 reps and got INSTANTLY fatigued so there was no chance of me lowering it down slowly. So i flipped them over and dropped them from maybe knee high and some 300lb dude at the desk set off the alarm on me. I didn't grunt, make noises, i was by my damn self in the corner and dropped the weights ONE time. I laughed and canceled my membership day of.

^ I used to try to push myself like that years ago so I totally understand.... It's not like you want to drop the weights, it's that you have no choice.
I was crazy strong about 10 years ago but I had to give it up, life got in the way.    My best shoulder press ever was 245 on a straight bar, bench max flat bar was 300..... Now I'm just trying to stay in shape.
