Nice^ I'm not a huge supplement user, I'll use whey before bed but that's it. I'll look you up before I reorder. I know what you mean about stats changing, I'm 6'4" about 230lbs, I had a nasty per tear when I was around 255, never been quit the same since

I've been working out for a couple of years now. Went from 140 lbs to 175ish currently (5'8"). My wife took this picture a couple of months ago.

Looking great man, I'd rock the hell out of that shirt too!
I've always wanted to get on gear, I just don't want to end up permanently suppressed, I'm 29 now, maybe one day.

dbol week 1-4, test 500mg 1-10, nolvadex and clomid for PCT (also hcg) and get some Airmidex or you can run a little hcg during full cycle incase of gyno. I would do it again in a heartbeat to be honest but ONLY if i could find a rep source. When i ran it about 5-6 years back, i had blood tests once a week, and eat VERY VERY strict and cycled off taking blood tests and adjusting my pct for my test results. That is the ONLY way to do it. Anything other then that and you risk your body. Gained 25lbs and in the end held about 15. But iam bigger and stronger now natural.

see .and that's what's funny, I can get test, winstrol, oxandrolone, whatever, but PCT? It's like a unicorn where I'm from. not being able to secure PCT stopped me from doing it in the past when I would get the Itch

You guys are crazy! I used to be a big workout guy, though my body doesn't take well to getting much muscle mass (at my best I as 6'2" and 190 lbs, benching ~300 and squatting ~450). Never looked particularly huge at all though.
Now I'm old and fat. Having kids + super stressful job has kinda killed my gym motivation.

I've been hitting the gym on the regular for about a year now
I'm 5'8'' started at about 175lbs
Then cut down to ~ 153 on a 12 week program
Now I'm back up to 170 with my current bulk. (No current pics)
My current personal bests are
Bench press 245 for a single
Deadlift 425 for a double and 445 for a single (just hit these today)
Squat is only 295 for a triple. ( weak sauce I know, but i do go ass to grass fwiw)
Just turned 31 this past November .

I do a lot of 12oz curls
I guess I am more of the athlete type... I've got to be playing/competing to enjoy being active, weights are not my thing. I am an avid pickleball player of all strange sports
