Oh, 1500ish.
About 250-300 breakfast.
500ish lunch.
Usually some light snacking.
500-650ish dinner depending on snacks.
I try to keep 100-150 free at the end of the day to account for random mini snacks that happen when I walk past the kitchen lol. Just one bite here and there.
That is what I was worried about. The problem is, you have stalled, and you are eating 1500 calories.... Where do you go from here? You can remove more calories(Not ideal at all), or you can increase your expenditure(you can only exercise so much). This is a very very common mistake with people who use these BMR calculators and start a diet too low, or people who have been on extended diets, and their metabolisms are beat into the ground. I would say 8/10 people who hire me for nutritional consulting are in this exact situation. It takes me a good deal of time to work them out of it.
What I would personally do is start reversing calories slowly, and methodically, for a good period of time, and if you still feel you have some fat to lose start working them back down just as methodically. You don't want to get to the point where you are eating 800 calories a day and still not quite happy. Not only is it unhealthy, and unsustainable, your metabolism is in such god awful shape at that point reversing it, without adding a bunch of fat back is tricky.
