So I built some wire holders and LED bulb holders (For the signals) for the cluster, but the main thing I played with tonight was this:

Custom Rally Pac rendered in Fusion 360.   I'll print it shortly for mockup.  :)   The "FORD" text will probably get removed or tweaked a bit.   You can't see it in the render but there's a 5/16" passage that runs between the gauge pods and out the back of the center support to run the wires out of.

That looks great, can't wait to see it printed.

So my printer jammed for some reason about 8 hours into this (it's a 20 hour print, LOL), but it left me with a usable mockup.   Here's the 40% completed piece:

The hole for feeding wires (hard to see, it's just above the middle of the picture):

And the output from the wires:

It's rough as I didn't do any post processing and it's printed at "draft" quality.   I'm not sure why I got a jam, it's cheap filament, so maybe there was a diameter change and it skipped.  I'll restart it tonight and tweak the tension on it a bit.

BOOM.

SUPER stoked with how it came out.  There is a small glitch where the drag chain on my printer was hanging up, but it'll clean up fine.   The logo is for my build blog, and I think it's catchy.   Little details.

Finally finished seam welding the floorpan replacement areas that the PO half-assed under the car.   I also worked the floorpan for more exhaust clearance.    Pro tip:   Removing seam sealer, welding, grinding and dressing above your head sucks, even if you have a lift.

Now I'm putting on 3 coats of Duplicolor Bed Armor bedliner under the entire car.   I like the rough texture of it and it really evens out all the areas underneath.  It should be pretty damned durable also.     Pro tip 2:  Applying bedliner above your head also sucks.

I plan to do the entire interior with Lizardskin once I'm that far along.   That's an expensive endeavor, wowza.   I think I'll also wrap the exhaust near the transmission, just to further keep heat out of the interior.

Next up is the fuel/brake lines though, and then finishing out the firewall holes that need it, then adding the front swaybar, and finally staring at the cooling system for a while to see if, and if so, how, I want to adjust it.

Haha, nah.   If I had one a long time back it'd have been great, but at this point I'm done underneath minus some fuel/brake lines and a few small tweaks.   And I swear on everything holy I will never do a restoration of this depth ever, ever again.

Oh, while I was at it I removed the driveshaft loop that was built into my 3 link/bracing kit.   It was going to be too close the driveshaft, too far forward and was in the way.   I'll build a new one at some point once everything else is fitted into place.

If I was starting this from 0, I'd have picked up like a 1993 Cobra or maybe a 2003 Cobra as a base instead.   Probably a C6 Corvette though.  Haha.
