I had that happen on a S10 pickup.  You have to flush out all that crap from the lines, the condenser, the evaporator, and replace the accumulator/dryer and the compressor.  It takes a long time, but it can be done.  Don't forget to put the correct oil in with the new compressor, some don't come with an oil charge.

Got it all finished.  New compressor, condenser, orifice tube, accumulator, seals, ... blah blah.  Flushed it all out, pulled vac for an hour, let it sit for an hour, still had vac, charged it up with 2 cans, cold as ice! :D  Now I just need to find some 245s or bigger to replace the 215s someone put in the rear, and replace the 4.1 rear gear, and I should be good to go for a summer car! :D  Huge MPG increase over my 10.5 MPG dodge ram.  lol

Then in the winter, rip the engine out and throw it in the FC again.  :drive:

Holy shit, never seen a compressor eat itself like that. No oil on fill maybe? Glad it's ice cold now!

Naa, there was PLENTY of oil in it when I flushed it.  I think it's just a 120,000 mile AC compressor that has had the shit beaten out of it.  Also I think the clutch may have seized on, and the guy that had it before was an idiot.  >:(

Lol, yes.   The guy I bought it from actually bought it from the idiot with the mullet.  He bought it to do what I was planning to do. Rip the engine out again.  I don't know what happened, but the 3 hour trip home in the car was.... nice. Super quiet...  I guess though, coming from a completely gutted and caged, 4 speed dog boxed, retarded camber and toe derp derp pro-Am drift FC, anything is nice. XD   Even though only 1 speaker worked in the whole car, having a radio was a treat.   I don't know if I am going to be able to murder fat bessy for her yummy drive train when winter comes.  We will see.
