Chasing a lead on a Mustang in eastern PA.   Would have to be shipped here but it's got professionally done replacement sheetmetal in all the bad spots and comes with a 9" in it already.    Will be a long project but I figure if I get it now I can spend the next few years doing metal work/fabrication/prep and avoid spending $$$ on pre-built stuff.    The idea of FD front suspension has been considered.   Maybe I should have Samberg send me a subframe to modify, haha.  ;)

I plan to gut ALL the factory wiring and replace it with TXL with anti-abrasion coating and new connectors.   Switch gear will be upgraded as will lighting (think LEDs/HIDs) and mil-spec bulkhead connectors on panel pass through points.   I've been collecting a few goodies for this over the past couple of years.

That said, the last 4 of these I've lined up have fallen though, so...

Looks like it's mine, I'm sending a deposit tomorrow.   I'm actually going to CT for work in a week and a half so I'll pick it up on the way back through.   1965 coupe, factory v8 car.   Roller.

Sweet action!

I need to run out to my dad's house to see if I still have the GT gauge pod around still from my old 65 Mustang. I'll let you know if I find it.
It bolted right to the steering column.

Hartford/New Haven.  I'll be there the night of the 13th, then the 14th/15th, leaving the morning of the 16th.

Like Rally Pac style?  That'd be SWEET.   I'm going to do a '66 GT cluster with my Speedhut gauges from the FC, but I need 2 more positions for oil temp and fuel pressure.   :)

Congrats Blake,  Old Mustang coupe's can be sinister, similar to the Corvette Jesse White brought down and couldn't tempt anyone on the street or freeway to a run.

You can make a barn door fly with enough horsepower.

Retirement at last.  Wife's not happy, I bought a '66 Rustang instead of paying off my F150.
