Coolant temp sensor FC

I have a s5 car and my one wire temp sensor is acting up. I have been to a couple parts stores with no luck. I have searched to try and figure out this part. Is it dealer only? Is the sensor for an FC specifically?

Is it a stock mazda sensor or does it go to an aftermarket gauge

Goes to my factory gauge but it may be an aftermarket sender
