Put the front sus back together with the delrin bushings. She is now sitting on the ground, suspended, for the first time with the engine/trans in the car:

Progress!

Getting the wiring sorted, and the interior is slowly going back together:

Gauge lights still work, yay!

Putting the engine bay back together, ran fuel lines to the rail, mounted the master cylinder, etc.

Loving that intercooler.

Thanks guys.

I'm happy about the way the intercooler turned out, but there are a couple of improvements I will likely make on my next project. I didn't have a ton of design space on this build.

I guess it's aboot time for an update:

I sent off the manifold, turbine housing, downpipe, and dump tubes to be ceramic coated by a friend.

In the mean time, I welded/blended in some -10 AN fittings for my future catch can and powder coated the valve covers wrinkle black. Also, I made my throttle linkage bracket, and throttle cable adapter for my Wilson 90mm TB since the existing points didn't work for my setup with my Lokar throttle cable:

where are you going to mount your trans cooler ?

Likely in the rear near the fuel surge tank. I have already mocked it up in a few different locations back there and should have room.

I appreciate all of the compliments! It's nice knowing I have built almost everything myself.

Update: Got my parts back from the finisher. Here is a sneak peak of the turbine housing:
