O rings can't cause that.

You have stuck (or wrong) injectors or a wiring issue.

I just had the injectors rebuilt but maybe ill swap a set from a ls3 that I have and just check that off the list. Not sure on the wiring but maybe Jeff Jordan will chime in. We have 2 shops local that do ls stuff so I'm gonna take the ecu in as well and have it flashed to be safe. It's been sitting for 2 years so maybe something happened in that time. Who knows but ill try anything haha.

Alright. Quick update. I redid my brackets that hold the rails down to the manifold and there's no more leaks. I pressurized the line up to almost 60 psi and no leaks in the cylinders so its not mechanical. Gonna send my ecu out to be reflashed by Jordan innovations. I'm pretty positive it's not the engine harness wiring as the issue so ecu is really my only thought. I just don't get how it could flood that quick. Just going down the list of things. If that doesn't work it's new injectors and then maybe going back to the stock fuel rail I guess. Anyone have any thoughts?

I find it unlikely that the ECU could do it, but it's possible.

There is a zero percent chance it is the rails.

That's what I'm thinking but just trying to eliminate all possibilities. I'm pretty sure it's the injectors when they go to fire they stick open.

There is a nearly zero percent chance that all injectors have failed in the same way.

I agree. Just trying to figure out how to diagnose it.

Well, I can tell you quickly that the rails cannot be the issue.   If you are at 60 psi (ish) that cannot be the issue.    There is no way multiple injectors (especially more than 2-3) all failed where they hold pressure off but stick open.

That means you have a problem with a really, really, really, realllllllllllly jacked up tune, or a wiring issue.   The tune would have to be hugely off to dump that much fuel.

I had the injectors flow matched by southern performance so I'm not 100% positive those injectors are good. I have a set of fast injectors as well so I may toss those in with new brackets since they are shorter and see if I have the same issue. I never thought the rail was the issue more so the way the lines were run into the rails. That said a lot of people run them the way I have so I don't thinks that's the issue.

Unless there is fuel pouring around the rails, I'm not understanding why you think they could get gas into the engine.

The cars looks great. Love the color you chose and that Milspec harness really makes a huge difference. It cleaned up the engine bay nicely. I was wondering, did you keep A/C or did you remove it?
