LS3/LS7 MAF Help (Wiring)
« on: July 15, 2012, 09:36:50 PM »
I've been digging and digging to try to pull up an LS3 wiring diagram with no luck. Question to you guys is what are the two tan-colored wires purpose on the right? The both have the SAME color sheathing, and I'm trying to figure out what's what. Thanks!

Tan wires are for the IAT.
FC/FD plug and play wiring harnesses, LSx swap AC systems, LSx swap power steering lines.

One is IAT but I thought the other was 5V ref at the ECU? Does it matter which is which?

Would you/anyone happen to have a pinout for an E67 PCM?

Found this, just want to match everything up

Pin Wire Circuit Function
A 0.35 YE 492 Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Signal
B 0.8 BK/WH 451 Ground
C 0.5 PK 539 Ignition 1 Voltage
D 0.35 TN 2760 Low Reference

E 0.35 TN 472 Intake Air Temperature Sensor Signal

E67? Are you a glutton for punishment? Lol
Which year/car PCM?

Its an LS3 crate motor with a GM Performance Parts E67 ECU (says LS2 on it for some reason?) I'm not co-located with him otherwise I would be able to tell ya more about it, he says it has 3 connector spots on it?

TBSS PCM pinout:
http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?14770-E67-pinout-Needed&s=ae26ac0f746cd23e08b4aff77194dac8&p=133281&viewfull=1#post133281

It looks like you care about these pins:

C2 pin 42 Low ref (circuit 2760)
C2 pin 62 IAT signal (circuit 472)
C2 pin 67 MAF signal (circuit 492)

I would just check continuity on those to the MAF wiring and if all three actually go there then you can assume you have same pinout as the E67 in the TBSS.
