Needed to see what it would look like to get a better idea.. The O.D. on these PVC pipes are slightly larger than the SS pipes we're going to be using...

Looks good man.  To keep the radiuses you have there, you'll need to cheat the radius a bit.  Mandrels aren't that tight of a radius.  Keep each cut to a maximum of 15 degrees and you'll keep a nice smooth bend inside.
