This is a stock 6.0 we only installed a cam/spring package in, with a 88mm power adder.

holy cow!  nice run.  650 rwhp would be great - it' just that a lo of guys I've spoken with doing the "junk yard turbo truck motor" builds have been well north of 650 with gapped rings and stock internals.  1300hp would be a fun run down the track!!! :D

Well I mean I dynoed 673 on a stock ls6 with rod bolts cam pushrods and springs....I'd like to go more but it prob wont hold.  I think these iron blocks are much more rigid and keep everything inline.  I might just have to buy a truck motor and crank the boost up.  :D   I just don't wanna dump the funds into a elaborate built motor in a IRON BLOCK...GETS $$$$$ rather quick

My built LQ4 is only going to cost me $3,000 parts and labor to build... not including the stock motor so we'll say $4k.

That's not bad all things considered... I mean it will handle 1,000HP all day long when it's built. Just my opinion...

What rods and pistons did you go with?  and stock crank I assume...no real need to replace it unless you want more cubes

Callies rods and Wiseco pistons... and yeah I stayed with the stock crank. I won't ever push this car that far
