 ok guys and gals as normal had head where it wasnt to be and swaped out the driven gear on the govenor and didnt keep track of where the springs went. two springs one light one heavy, so which weights do they match up  too. thanks in advance

Hop on a Buick turbo regal / Grand national website, they'll all know for sure.  I thought both weights were supposed to be the same.  But I know you can screw things up bad if your gov. doesn't work right.  Len Freeman helped me with my tranny, he's known throughout the turbo buick world as the 2004r guru.  I don't have a current number for him though, sorry.

GN 200R4s only had 1 spring..

thanks guys - hit the sights last night not much help but they gave me something to surf anyways - this gov has two springs one heavy and one light and a heavy gov weight and a light gov weight - ive set it back up with the heavy on heavy and light on light - lock up kit , tv kit and ect will get here from bowtie mid of next week then ill get the trans installed and if shifting is eratic guess ill try swaping the springs around, its what i get when i work on shit when im dead beat
