Well, its been two years and I've had plenty of nibbles, but no bites. Unfortunately I'll have to begin the process of piecing out my RX7 (Bikedad's old car). All diff components have less than 4k miles on them. Launched maybe 10 times over my entire ownership, regular fluid changes and the whole setup has been rock solid throughout my ownership. I'll start by posting the full rear end setup:
Ronin 8.8 swap kit (FC) with Mazda Comp bushings installed
Explorer 8.8 rear end completely redone by a reputable shop in Wisconsin with new seals, bearings, 3.73 Ford Racing Hobb cut ring and pinion gear set and a Ford Racing Trac loc clutch type LSD.
Axles built by Don as part of the swap process using Ronin shafts, new explorer inners and 929 outers (G568-25-500A)
Kit will come with the drive shaft if the buyer wants it. One off piece done to mate to a T56 magnum style trans.
1310 flange and one piece slip yoke on the driveshaft.
Price for everything is $2200. I will ship only at buyer's expense. Parts are located in Rochester, NY. I will not separate anything from this package. Everything is still in the car. Once I have a buyer, everything comes out of the car. Bolt in 500hp+ capable package. You're getting everything you need to go 8.8.
