I am new to the RX7 and have a question about the master cylinder. I am replacing one on a 1987. The existing one has three outlet ports. There is one midway down the passengers side that goes to the proportioning valve for the rear brakes. The other ports are in the front area of the master cylinder. One is on the drivers side and goes to the proportioning valve and then to the passenger side front brake. The other is at the bottom front of the cylinder a goes directly to the drivers side front brake. I have purchased a Centric 130.45107 master cylinder and things are different. The passenger side port is there but there is another port on the bottom which has a plastic shipping plug in it of about 13mm. In the front there are two ports one on the drivers side which I assume will go to the proportioning valve. The other is on the passenger side rather that the bottom as on the other cylinder. My question is do I have the correct master cylinder and if so do I need to plug the port under what I believe to be the rear brake area? And is the front port on the cylinder designed to go directly to the drivers side front brake. Any guidance would be appreciated
All the best and stay safe
