Haven't been able to call (work's crazy) but they did email me back. Sharing for anyone that wants (marginally) more info.

"The RX7 was purchased originally by the consignor in ’99 with approximately 85k miles on the vehicle. At about 120k miles the motor seized and the RX7 was inoperable. After several attempts to get the vehicle fitted with a proper running rotary, a local shop and friend of the owner inquired about doing a LS1 swap, and he agreed and the process began.

The cam used in the engine rebuild was used from Texas Speed, the wiring harness and ecu was AMP PSI, and the Hinson Motorsports provided the full installation kit, including mounts, driveshaft, and complete front end. The motor work was completed by Grimes Automotive here is Georgia.

The rear end is the stock rear that came in the car. Since the car was a Twin Turbo from the factory the rear can handle the power of the LS. We have had the car out on multiple occasions for test drives and the car runs and drives great.

The only not working thing on the car is the Odometer. Unsure why it is not working could be a simple communication issue with the ECU."

No, I haven't gotten the opportunity..yet. Waiting to get a few videos of the car and they were going to check into the oil pressure because in a video they sent it was low unless the gauge/sensor was off(Like 10 at cold start). Also A/C doesn't work so they were going to see if it just needed a charge or what the deal was. Just want to see what all it needs before making an offer as 30k is a lil steep for things not to be working, atleast A/C, living in Florida it's a necessity in the summer. I'll definitely post my findings and let everyone know the outcome.

I'd be very concerned about that oil pressure.  Be sure it's checked with a good mechanical gauge.
Trying to get the origianl OP gauge to read correctly with a different sender is very difficult.
I tried, but eventually retrofitted aftermarket gauges to my instrument panel.

The A/C issue could be very simple or fairly expensive to sort out, depending on the cause.
Probably the worst thing would be a leak in the evaporator.
