Yup as DDv8 said we're kinda SOL for caster adjustment. My alignment bolts are maxed out. I was debating making a special offset bushing for the rear mount to try before going all in with a custom arm. I'm not sure it's worth the effort as it seems I need a TON more caster. It seems some others have done this with success:

Attached below is a rough draft of a custom arm. It'd be waterjet steel that bolt on end would allow me to try one version with close to stock geometry then swap the 'lollipop' end with a high caster version. I'd love to do a machined aluminum arm and make it look close to stock but it would just cost an arm and a leg.

Looks like a wisefab arm which it means it will probably work. Can you use the FC ball joint?  Villans makes an adjustable one

That's exactly what I need except the FC and FD have different ball joints. FD is a taper and FC has a groove non-taper. Not sure the exact terminology.

Super Now sells a offset caster bearing off the shelf.

I know what you mean, there was someone on the club doing a spherical bearing version but not sure if it was ever finished

Oh whoa! Yes you're right! I may need to look into buy a pair. I actually just bought rod ends to start making some custom lower arms. Hmmm maybe worth doing both. THanks for the tip!
