beautiful paint, is the bumper an oem 99 spec with shaved license plate or aftermarket?

Thanks man! I stressed over what color I wanted it to be for months lol. So the previous owner told me it was a 99 bumper with a molded lip put on it. It does not look factory though on the inside, there are no marking  and you can see the fiberglass strands evenly throughout the backside so I'm not positive where it came from. It looks to be an aftermarket  bumper from the back side to me. Just have never seen another r like it.
