Just recently installed some fortune auto 500 coilovers with 6/8 springs. Honestly this thing is still so damn rough to drive. Almost unbearable. The roads around here do suck but it's only pleasant to drive if it's glass smooth. I've hit my on the roof going over a simple little dip in the road. Every little reflector I run over feels like my car is gonna fall apart. It's way stiffer than it should be. Also it's bouncy. If I hit a bump going around a corner it feels like the wheels are going to hop up and lose grip if I would be going at higher speeds.
I've adjusted spring preload just like it said to do it. I've also tried all the dampening settings. I have solid diff mounts and subframe mounts, poly bushings front and rear, soon to get spherical bearings rear. No rear sway bar, front strut bar, racing beat front sway bar.
What else could be in play here? These coils should not be this stiff. I've driven cars with stiffer spring rates and it's nothing close to this bad. My spine is still taking a beating and I'm constantly hitting my head.
